1. How do I choose a disc? Find a disc you like,

Choose the correct weight you like - The disc’s weight has a great effect to its flight. Lighter discs are most suitable for young players and beginners. Mid weight discs are used by all players and heaviest ones are most suitable for competing players and in special conditions.

Disc golf discs are often grouped in several separate weight classes even though many specialized retails offer them with one gram accuracy. The most common weight classes are Lite, 150-159, 160-164,165-169, 170-172, 173-175, 176-177 and 178+ grams.

Light discs, 150-159 grams, are the most suitable for beginners, kids, and in general to players who throw under 100 meters long shots. The light weight of a discs really shines in low speeds, or when thrown downwind and/or uphill. However, light weight discs can be difficult to control in windy conditions.

The higher weight classes are most suitable for advanced and competitive players, whose throw distances are over 100 meters. Heavier discs are easier to handle in strong winds and are more reliable. This is one reason why heavier weights are favored in putters.

Disc Color - Colors are random when shopping with us, unless the disc is a Special/Collector Edition option made in a specific color.

2. When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. However, shipping times may vary during the year especially around holidays or big releases/sales. Please know that we always try our absolute hardest to get orders out as fast as we possibly can.

3. Can I Cancel My Order? Yes. As long as your order has not already shipped and does not Include any preorder Items. Orders that Include any preorder Items may not be cancelled/refunded.

4. My tracking number is not showing any tracking info? You will be emailed a tracking number after we have processed your order for shipment and there are times you may not see any updated tracking info. This is because it was either processed after USPS has already picked up our shipments for the day or it's a pre-order item. If you don't see any tracking info for your shipment we recommend checking again in 24-48 hours. In the rare event that your tracking number has not updated in some days, USPS asks that you allow at least 30 days from shipment to Inquire about having us opening a case with them. 

5. My tracking number shows my package was delivered but i didn't receive it. What should i do? In the rare event this happens, we recommend you first ask your neighbors and your local mail person/post office if they have seen your package. Most times shipments are found this way. If that turns up nothing we recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number and explaining what has happened. Ultimately if your tracking number shows as delivered we are not held liable for any lost or stolen packages.

6. Do you offer price matching before or after an order Is already placed? Sorry, we do not.

7. Do you offer exchanges or returns? We proudly stand behind all the products we sell. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a refund and or exchange minus shipping charges. When concerning apparel, please send item(s) back as they were received meaning, brand new, unwashed/unworn, free of any deodorant, pet hair, perfumes/colognes and cigarette smoke. We will not issue any refunds on a pending delivery order. We must have Item(s) In hand to issue any refunds
